HOW IT WORKS
Once Your Order is Placed, Your Unique Journey begins

Once we received your Order, we will send a teaser gift in the post marking the beginning of your Intimate Lingerie Journey. In this initial stage, we will ask them about their preferences in lingerie styles, colors and fit, and determine the correct sizing. To guarantee the perfect fit, your gift will include a HERVÉ tape measure so you can kick off your experience with an intimate measuring date.

Now that we know their style preferences and correct sizing, we will commence the creation of the bespoke lingerie ensembles. In our Sapphire & Diamond package, every set will be sent out at the end of the month to start the month with a surprise. In our Ruby package, the sets will be sent out approximately every 6 weeks for an unexpected surprise.

After every lingerie delivery, we will discretely touch base with your giftee in order to refine the lingerie selection based on their feedback, or in case their preferences in styles or colors changed throughout the journey. It is possible to exchange a look if they feel like it doesn't complement them in fit or aesthetic, simply notify us and a replacement set will be sent out.
