HOW IT WORKS
Once Your Order is Placed, Your Unique Journey begins

The Teaser Gift: Once your order is received, a beautifully packaged teaser gift is sent to mark the beginning of your intimate lingerie journey. Inside, she will find a HERVÉ tape measure to begin the HERVÉ experience with a private measuring moment, allowing you to submit your measurements before the design process begins.

Meet the Designer: Your giftee will then be invited to a personal meet & greet call with designer Céline Marie. During this conversation, you will discuss style preferences, inspirations, and the overall vision for her bespoke lingerie pieces.

Personal Fit Samples: Based on her measurements and unique preferences, we will create personalized fit samples for her to try in the comfort of her own home. After the fitting, a short follow-up call ensures the fit is perfected before moving into production.

Crafting Her Bespoke Designs: Once the fit has been approved, your bespoke lingerie sets will be crafted. Throughout the process, we will check in after each ensemble to refine design details and ensure every piece reflects her style perfectly.
